A Double Standard: Managers Get Everything, Employees Nothing

We had a STAR inspection and passed it with a 94%, best in the area. Management celebrated with a pizza party for themselves, but for us nothing. I did ask at a meeting when we would get our pizza party, since a lot of us work late the night before and came in early the next day, still no answer. Over half our store is on a D-Day. Management punishes us for talking on our cell phones but they gladly use theirs whenever. Our managers have a nice mini fridge in their office, but we’re not allowed to drink our drinks in the back off the floor.  We also had a survey on things that we the associates feel need improvement (grassroots); number 1 thing was management.  They said that they’ll get back to us.  Some associates are allowed to clock in early but for the others that don’t kiss butt there it’s a D-day for them. I could go on and on. They should put a tombstone next to Sam Walton that says “here lie Sam Walton’s dreams”
