The police escorted out a friend of mine and four other employees because one anonymous person said these people had a drug problem. So without even giving them drug tests, they were taken out of the store. My friend now has a 3 million dollar lawsuit against Wal-Mart for wrongful termination and defamation of character. When I first started here, they would raffle off TV sets and other nice prizes for safety compliance. Last week they gave a shift beanie hats for being thirty days safe and after giving them to the associates, they said there would be taxes taken out off everyone’s paychecks! I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this is a very bad place to work. The managers make me feel like I am doing something wrong every time I clock in. A lot of people are getting sick and tired of fearing for their jobs. I fear they will fire the wrong person one day and something bad will happen.
