Another worker says bonuses are a joke
“The quarterly bonus we get is based upon the store’s sales performance. It would be great if they actually gave you something. The bonus equates to a pay advance for the extra hard days work you will have to put in when they cut you an hour a day for the next two weeks. Over that next quarter they will cut your hours enough to make back the bonus they gave you. I was in a daily meeting and the manager actually told everyone to use the bathroom during break time instead of “company” time. No one actually listened, but just the fact that she tried to tell us that was ridiculous.”
