Forcing Employees To Work Off The Clock

Whenever I was on maternity leave with my second child, I was only off 12 weeks but they replaced my job and told me that I would have to go back to being an hourly associate. Every time that I have taken a medical leave, I have had to fight for my job -not my position - but my job. Last year, after I came back from my sick leave, they waited thirty days and then let me go because of my leave. As a manager, I cannot count the number of times that I was told to fire or write up an associate because they would not bend over backwards and work off the clock.  My store manager told me to make it happen no matter how I had to manipulate it.
