Frustrated CSM see hours, breaks cut
This was told to me by another CSM. She said I don’t get breaks either so why should you?
Also sales are up at our store but we could use an extra cashier or two just to handle the large volume and rushes we are having. We are barely getting by. They laid off seasonal help but yet management left the seasonal help on the work schedule. When the seasonal help came on their scheduled day, management said “Thanks for your help. Goodbye!” And we had to cover for them.
The Aldi’s about 3 miles down the road pay their cashiers 10 dollars an hour. Cashiers starting at this Wal-Mart…. $7.90 an hour. I could go on and on and on…. When can Wal-Mart associates unionize????
