Full-time work is a thing of the past

“The home office in Bentonville has cut these hours since January. Customers…good luck finding an employee on the sales floor who is available and helps you find what you need in the store.  We are too busy and under many time constraints.  Customer service is suffering to keep stock prices up.  At these hours, we will never be able to afford health insurance after a year. Most associates are part-time, even former full-time positions. I haven’t seen anyone newly employed since January.  We no longer see happy customers at my store.”
