How can they only give us part-time hours when we are full-time employees?
I have a shoulder disability that prevents me from repetitive motion and this position was not right for me. I was told that if I didn’t work as a cashier, my hours would be cut. I have a son to support, so I had no choice but to accept it. In pain and furious, I requested a transfer to another store. That was one year ago. Today I only get 24 hours a week after getting 40 hours until November 2008. How can they only give us part-time hours when we are full-time employees?
