Management Matters
I am a smoker and we (other associates) used to gather in the smokers lounge and have GROUP THERAPY. You cannot begin to imagine the things that go on behind closed doors. Maybe we should all get together and write a book. “THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES AT WAL-MART”. When I first began working at Wal-Mart, I actually looked forward to going to work. We had a great Mgr. who was a true people person. We had fun in our store. But then he transferred. As the years rolled by, I began to feel more and more used and abused. So many unethical practices. I finally could not take anymore. Threw my badge on the Mgrs. desk said “Pi__ on this Sh__ and walked out the door!
