No matter what happens, managers get a bonus and we don’t
Our store is undergoing a huge remodel, and we were informed yesterday that we did not make enough to receive a bonus. Many of our customers and employees have said that the store did not even need a remodel. So Wal-Mart has done this huge overhaul that was unnecessary. Also, we were informed that they did not set a side money for this remodel and it’s being paid out month by month. Our last store bonus was $10.00. A lot of people are wondering where the money is going to and why the managers get a bonus no matter what and we don’t. I can hardly make ends meet and now I have to listen to the bull about how much we need to pull together to keep the store going. Give me a raise and some overtime and I’ll pull everyone in that store together.
