“No Matter What, It Is Always Your Fault”

Employees are seldom respected as individuals, treated fairly or given encouragement for doing a good job… unless it is on public display. And yes, I’ve gotten one of those itty-bitty raises that disappears when the hours are cut. They don’t believe in overtime, unless you’re required to work beyond your scheduled hours per immediate manager. Before the paychecks come out you are often told “go to the principal’s office” and be written up because you didn’t tell your immediate manager at the time “this is overtime”. No matter what, it is always your fault. Wal-Mart is a losing proposition for all its employees. They do not follow their own policies and procedures. I feel sorry for any future and present employee who believes what they see on TV.
