Store Managers Harass Female Associates…We Are All Very Afraid For Our Jobs
They look female associates up and down, stare at their female parts, and make disgusting comments concerning their anatomy. Our store manager made a comment about our Red Bull vendors saying that he had to keep his male assistant managers away from them and remind them that they’re not customers. He said this at a department manager meeting. It is truly sickening and you can’t utilize the open door policy because the district managers are personally close with our store manager and our assistants. They constantly make comments and travel in a group of three harassing female associates and making them feel like a sex object. Also one of the assistant managers told me and a female co-worker that women should not be managers because they are too emotional. Five women have called ethics today and we hope it gets resolved. We are all very afraid for our jobs.
