Wal-Mart Treats Employees Like Low Class Citizens
“I ended up going to a doctor, who suggested I should restrict my work schedule. My store manager was not in favor of this. The manager told me that going to the doctor costs the company a lot of money and it would affect store bonuses. The open door policy is a joke. Management says that you can call district for help but they never call you back. Wal-Mart might have low prices but they treat there employees like low class citizens.”
