Wal-Mart Tried To ‘Lowball’ Him On Worker’s Comp Settlement
My problem is with workers comp. I was injured February 2004, had surgery February 2008 and just today left the second meeting with the worker’s comp judge. It will be all up to him on the amount of settlement. Wal-Mart tried to lowball me and tried to offer a lump settlement on the condition that I would give up future medical benefits. I said hell no. Please post this without my personal information because I am afraid of retaliation.
