“wal-mart” With A Small “w”; They Don’t Deserve A Big One
Everything is garbage in this store. I got my minimum raise?.. Well what do you know my hours got cut from 40 a week, to 27. My supervisor claims her job is to strictly DELEGATE. But yet she runs to management and sticks her nose up there and claims she did all the work. I have seen her pay stubs and she makes over 17 an hour to do NOTHING. If something goes right… she gets praised, but if something goes wrong, our team… not her… takes the fall. Our managers have the worst communication skills ever. One will tell you one thing, another will tell you different. You get in trouble with both… Another thing. Winter in Michigan; it’s 2 degrees out, what kind of manager makes the employees go outside and straighten up the pallets for two hours… for no reason? I can’t wait to finish my schooling, so I can get the heck out of this place.
