“...You can’t use the open door policy in our store because of retaliation. Wages are not based on a scale; rather they are contingent upon the hiring assistant’s mood that day. Our store manager walks away in the middle of a conversation if he feels it’s over or he’ll turn his back to you and start working on his computer. Half of the department managers work overnight so much that there is little help for the customers during the day. This is not a 24 hour store, so there are no customers in the store when the people with the most knowledge about the products are working. Hmmmm, it is a crazy way to take care of the customers who pay your bills with their business.”
